Participating in our sports and well-being programmes allows you to exercise and meet new people while improving your physical and mental health, whether you are in distress or struggling with mental health concerns.

 

Wellness Clubs

Football

A regular kickabout can improve your mental health, social confidence and a sense of purpose. It is also a great way to make new friends.

Non-contact Boxing

Boxercise is a fun and energetic routine using boxing moves for all ability levels. This non-contact boxing class is excellent for fitness, muscle conditioning and stress relief.

Basketball Shooting

Basketball

Regular playing helps reduce the adverse effects of stress, improves mood, develops concentration and discipline, speeds up decision-making, and enables relaxation.

Badminton

Racket Sports

Playing racket sports such as tennis, badminton, and table tennis can help improve physical, mental, and social skills, enhancing confidence, self-esteem, and rhythm.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi and yoga benefits include decreased anxiety and depression and improved cognition. It involves a series of slow, focused movements and deep breathing.

Gym Club

Weight training can help address body issues by boosting self-confidence and self-awareness. The discipline and structure help teach you to be comfortable in your skin.
