A way of combating mental health problems such as depression and anxiety is physical exercise, improving self-esteem.
Come and join one of our Wellness exercise clubs
Healthy cafe with freshly made sandwiches, salads, smoothies and good company. Voluntary contributions are welcomed.

There is a mountain of information available about mental health. It’s not unexpected that Doctors may not tell all there is.
We need volunteers to help with our exercise clubs.
If you want to help us help, we’d love you to join our team. Whatever you enjoy doing, and however much time you can commit, there’s a volunteer role for you.
