Sporting Recovery’s Sport & Well-being programme in Burgess Park allows anyone to enjoy the benefits of exercise and sunshine, which we know does wonders for your mental health.
All are welcome to our open day, our goal is to promote exercise as part of a holistic approach to mental wellbeing.
